The Procurement Specialist will manage purchasing activities, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Job Description
  • Manage purchasing activities to support business needs
  • Evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance
  • Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services
  • Process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Source and vet reliable suppliers to ensure quality and consistency
  • Analyze pricing and supply trends to support cost-effective decisions
  • Develop procurement strategies to optimize resources while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in generating, managing, and tracking Purchase Orders
  • Experience with Supplier Evaluation and supplier relationship management
  • Skills in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and agreements
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Expertise in Procurement processes and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
