•Prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression (both transient and stable) of recombinant gene constructs for candidate molecule screening and production

•Perform small to mid-scale protein production runs for protein purification and carry out expression characterization such as titer determination, cell counts and Western Blot

•Construction of expression vectors to establish cell pools stably expressing proteins of interest

•Prepare precise technical report summaries, protocols, analysis and maintain appropriate documentation

•Maintain high scientific rigor and attention to detail in testing hypotheses and analyzing data

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree with emphasis in cell biology, molecular biology or related field with 1-3 years of hands-on experience
• Training and demonstrated proficiency in cell biology and aseptic cell culture with a wide variety of cell types
• Working knowledge in molecular biology, cloning and protein analysis techniques (SDS-PAGE, Western Blot) – hands on experience preferred.
• Recombinant protein expression experience required - Preferably in prokaryotic (E. coli) and eukaryotic (yeast, mammalian) systems
• Experience in the generation and functional assessment of recombinant cell lines expressing various target proteins is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, exhibiting self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and good oral and written communication skills required

• Position is Full Time, First Shift, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
