Suzano is looking for a hands-on and technically driven Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to join our lubrication and predictive maintenance teams at our Pine Bluff facility. This role will be essential in ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and technical excellence through structured routines, and data-driven improvements. We're looking for someone who thrives in industrial environments and enjoys solving complex maintenance challenges.

About the Role:
Suzano is looking for a hands-on and technically driven Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to join our lubrication and predictive maintenance teams at our Pine Bluff facility. This role will be essential in ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and technical excellence through structured routines, and data-driven improvements. We're looking for someone who thrives in industrial environments and enjoys solving complex maintenance challenges.
What You're Going to Do:
- Develop and apply methodologies such as RCM, MFMEA, and failure analysis to improve asset reliability.
- Create and revise preventive and predictive maintenance plans based on equipment criticality.
- Manage the technical inventory of critical spare parts, defining minimum and maximum parameters.
- Monitor and improve indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability.
- Analyze statistical data from process equipment to identify trends, failure patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement control systems and dashboards for predictive monitoring and risk assessment.
- Create and update technical standards, operational routines, and maintenance instructions.
- Serve as a technical reference for field teams, promoting training and standardization.
- Conduct benchmarking and technical visits to stay updated on industry technologies.
- Participate in the prioritization and implementation of projects according to the reliability engineering roadmap, including, conceptual studies, Capex Book approval and implement Projects
- Promote 5S practices and help embed a proactive maintenance culture across the team.
What We Expect from You:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in maintenance or reliability engineering.
- Knowledge of RCM, MFMEA, failure analysis, and maintenance performance indicators.
- Proficiency in ERP systems for maintenance (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
- Experience with statistical analysis tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python).
- Familiarity with technical standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO).
- Strong skills in technical data analysis and report writing.
- Postgraduate studies or certification in Reliability Engineering is a plus.
- Exposure to industrial sectors such as pulp & paper, oil & gas, chemicals, or steel.
