This role will be on a hybrid schedule at our North America HQ in El, Segundo, CA or our office in Charlton, MA - expectation will be 3 days/week in the office

About the role

Step into a high-impact leadership role at KARL STORZ North America, where you'll shape and drive the HR strategy at scale. As Senior Human Resources Project Manager, you'll sit on the HR Leadership Team and lead complex, business-critical initiatives-turning strategy into execution while elevating how HR delivers results. Partnering with senior leaders and global teams, you'll bring structure, speed, and innovation to the HR function, ensuring programs land with impact, on time, and at the highest standard.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end program and project management for all HR initiatives across KSNA, including cross-functional and global efforts, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities
  • Partner with the HR Leadership Team to define strategy, scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics while managing multiple initiatives with clear, visible project plans
  • Drive execution excellence by identifying risks, resolving issues proactively, and applying HR expertise to ensure high-quality, practical, and adopted outcomes
  • Build and scale HR project management discipline

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience
  • 2+ years supporting or working within an HR function
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA required)
  • PMP certification or ability to obtain within 12 months
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and Planner

Bonus points for

  • HR program management experience
  • Experience in global or matrixed organizations
  • Exposure to organizations undergoing significant change
  • Experience across multiple HR disciplines
  • MBA preferred
  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft tools; experience with Mural a plus
