ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and execute discovery and targeted proteomics experiments to support MoA, pharmacodynamics, and biomarker identification.
  • Lead analysis of complex biological samples (plasma, tissue, CSF, cellular systems) using LC-MS/MS-based proteomics platforms.
  • Drive biomarker discovery and validation, translating proteomic findings into clinically relevant biomarker candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with biology, pharmacology, bioinformatics, and clinical teams to support translational research strategy.
  • Interpret and present results to cross-functional teams, and external collaborators.
  • Contribute to regulatory and publication-quality documentation, including study reports and manuscripts.

  • 4+ years of industry experience in proteomics or translational biomarker research (biotech or pharmaceutical environment preferred).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in mass spectrometry-based proteomics
  • Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team of biologists, chemists, and computational scientists to deeply characterize and understand the proteomes of cells, biofluids, and tissues.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and present data in a clear fashion.
  • Experience integrating proteomics with multi-omics datasets and systems biology approaches is desired
  • Solid scientific training/productivity as identified through high-impact publications demonstrating creative thinking as well as innovative technical approaches.
