Compensation: $35/$40 per hour (based on experience)

The position requires strong technical acumen, precise data management, and effective cross-functional coordination within dynamic, startup-like operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor purchase orders and inbound shipment schedules to ensure timely material availability
- Own and manage the raw materials receipt tracker, providing real-time receipt lifecycle and quality workflow updates
- Coordinate and manage weekly outbound schedules including delivery creation, quantity/inventory investigations, and transportation
- Oversee shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring accurate execution of GMP processes and records
- Support and execute on-site operations in partnership with 3PL leadership, manufacturing sites, planning, and transportation teams
- Lead integration activities between SAP and LSP systems, preparing governance deliverables such as dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Participate in cross-functional workstreams including 3PL, accounting, procurement, master data, quality, and supply chain
- Facilitate timely resolution of quality issues within the warehouse, including damages and documentation errors
- Investigate and resolve shipment, ERP, and inventory discrepancies, ensuring closure of associated quality records
- Drive continuous process improvements through project management, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
Required Experience & Skills
- Several years of supply chain or warehouse operations experience in regulated environments (GMP, biotech, medical device, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage and reconcile large data volumes accurately
- Strong structured problem-solving skills, especially resolving WMS/ERP exceptions
- Excellent communication and documentation habits
- Dependable on-site reliability and execution in an operational setting
- Fluency in English, both oral and written

- Advanced skills with SAP, MS Office, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire)
- CMIS PMP or CPIM certification

Basic Qualifications
- Master's Degree OR
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of Life Science or Business experience (preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry) OR
- Associate's Degree and 6 years of Life Science or Business experience (preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry) OR
- High school diploma/GED and 8 years of Life Science or Business experience (preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry)
