Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)
Contract Length: 12 months (possible extension)
Compensation: $27/$30 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Join a big biopharma leader as a contingent worker supporting the GD America's Hub business processes. This role focuses on executing GDP/GMP operations, distribution management, and cross-functional projects with minimal supervision. You'll contribute to process improvements and play a key part in maintaining product supply within regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Support business processes and process improvements for GD America's Hub
- Lead or participate as a team member in cross-functional projects
- Provide accurate information and analysis to support effective decision making
- Oversee and manage compliance-related activities
- Develop strategic and tactical processes to increase transportation value
- Execute GDP/GMP processes and manage outbound/inbound distribution schedules
- Create shipping documents, book couriers, and manage shipping supplies
- Track and report on distribution budget and key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, forms, and business documents
- Conduct staff training and represent GD America's Hub in cross-functional meetings
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience with SAP
- GDP/GMP operations experience
- Execution against standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Advanced skills in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, CDOCS, QMTS, and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire)
- CMIS PMP or CPIM certification

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support and improve GD America's Hub business processes
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects
- Manage compliance-related activities and provide decision support
- Execute GDP/GMP operations and manage distribution schedules
- Prepare shipping documentation and manage courier bookings
- Track budgets and maintain performance metrics
- Develop training materials and SOPs, and train new staff
- Facilitate meetings to optimize business solutions
- Support root cause assessments, deviations/CAPAs, and change control documentation
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Life Science or Business experience, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Associate's degree and 6 years of Life Science or Business experience, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- High school diploma/GED and 8 years of Life Science or Business experience, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
