Lifecore has temporary, summer positions available in our Packaging team. You must have the ability to work a full-time schedule from May until August.

As a temporary Packaging Technician, you will set up and operate packaging equipment in the final manufacturing stages of Lifecore products. During the course of your shift you will:

• Set up and operate equipment that labels, seals and packages Lifecore products
• Inspect Lifecore products
• Document completed work during the packaging of the products
• Practice proper precautions and procedures when handling chemicals
• Participate in the review of Lifecore procedures
• Identify and communicate quality issues
• Acquire and maintain cleanroom and gowning qualifications

To qualify as a Packaging Technician, you'll need the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to comprehend and follow written operating procedures.
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Able to stand for the majority of your shift

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:15pm - 1:45am
Pay: $20.00/hour + $1.25/hour 2nd shift premium
