The opportunity
As Vice President, Managed Services, you will lead Riparian's global Managed Services organisation, overseeing approximately 100 professionals delivering critical government pricing, revenue management, rebate operations, compliance and managed services solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients.
This is a highly visible executive leadership opportunity for an experienced operations leader who combines deep pharmaceutical revenue management expertise with proven success leading large-scale service delivery organisations.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, financial management and continued growth of the Managed Services function. You will lead the evolution of the organisation, driving operational excellence, expanding offshore delivery capabilities, optimising resource utilisation and building scalable solutions that enable clients to navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
Working closely with executive leaders across Riparian and Envision Pharma Group, you will shape the future operating model of one of the industry's leading government pricing and revenue management organisations, while developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Role responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Lead the overall Managed Services strategy, driving growth, scalability and operational excellence.
- Own and manage the Managed Services P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, utilisation and profitability.
- Shape future service offerings, operating models and delivery capabilities.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs and quality standards across the organisation.
- Contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the business and broader Riparian leadership team.
- Lead the delivery of complex government pricing, compliance and rebate operations programmes.
- Act as a senior escalation point for technical and operational challenges.
- Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance and client satisfaction.
- Drive process improvement, automation and operational transformation initiatives.
- Build scalable frameworks that support continued organisational growth.
- Develop and execute workforce planning, capacity modelling and resource allocation strategies.
- Optimise utilisation and delivery effectiveness across client portfolios.
- Balance onshore and offshore delivery models to maximise efficiency, scalability and service quality.
- Partner closely with Finance and Operations teams to align resources with business objectives and revenue forecasts.
- Lead and further develop Riparian's offshore delivery capabilities.
- Establish governance, operating rhythms, quality controls and best practices across global teams.
- Create a unified, high-performance culture across multiple geographies.
- Ensure seamless integration between onshore and offshore delivery functions.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Support succession planning, capability development and talent growth across the organisation.
- Inspire teams through clear communication, strategic direction and visible leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organisations.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on operational performance, regulatory developments and service optimisation.
- Support business growth through client retention, expansion and long-term partnership development.
Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise
- Significant leadership experience within pharmaceutical revenue management, government pricing, compliance, rebate operations or related life sciences operational functions.
- Proven experience leading large-scale managed services, business process operations or operational delivery organisations.
- Demonstrated ownership of P&L, operational performance and organisational strategy.
- Experience building, scaling and leading offshore and global delivery teams.
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, resource modelling and capacity management.
- Deep understanding of government pricing methodologies and operational processes, including AMP, BP, ASP, NFAMP, URA and 340B.
- Experience leading senior managers and developing high-performing teams.
