MIDSCI is currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Shipping and Receiving Associate. We pride ourselves on providing a fast-paced, team oriented work environment that encourages growth, development, and continuous learning. While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, we welcome applicants of all experience levels who are eager to learn and contribute.

This role includes working with major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and regional logistics providers. Using handheld devices, lifting, picking and packing orders, receiving products, labeling and stocking, routine maintenance and occasional inventory.

This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30am-4:00pm., along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 50lbs. and be willing to be forklift certified. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn all aspects of the warehouse operations. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions accurately, and capable of working both independently and as a team. Adherence to company policies and a positive proactive attitude are required. Experience with barcoding systems and hand-held scanning devices is a plus. Possessing a class E drivers license would be a plus (back-up driver), but it is not required.
