The Warehouse Associate is responsible for organization of inventory in the warehouse, as well as shipping and receiving. This is a temporary to permanent full time position depending on performance and business needs. Generate new warehouse shipping and receiving delivery packing slips
Recording, documenting, and tracking inventory
Material handling and sorting
Inspecting items upon receiving shipments
Forklift operation
Responsible for keeping work area clean, organized, and free of clutter
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
Other duties as assigned
Qualification and Experience
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Knowledge of GMP preferred
***Physical and Environmental Conditions***
The physical requirements of the position generally include: standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing. In some circumstances, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling may apply. In general the activity level one usually performs is light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative and sedentary nature. This position may require lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally. Generally work is performed in a well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation and may also be performed in a warehouse environment.
