Job Description
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator will support the daily activities of the operations team at our Hayward facility, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and accurate completion of essential tasks. This role involves a range of duties, from administrative tasks to hands-on operational support, contributing to the effective functioning of the organization during peak times or special projects.
This is a contract position in Hayward, CA working Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.

The Warehouse Coordinator will support the daily activities of the operations team at our Hayward facility, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and accurate completion of essential tasks. This role involves a range of duties, from administrative tasks to hands-on operational support, contributing to the effective functioning of the organization during peak times or special projects.
This is a contract position in Hayward, CA working Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operational tasks, including data entry, order processing, and documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate basic logistical tasks, such as inventory management and product organization.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
- Support communication efforts within the department by answering phones, responding to emails, and relaying messages.
- Help with inventory tracking and organization, including stocking shelves, labeling items, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Report any discrepancies or shortages in inventory to the supervisor.
- Assist in order picking, packing, and preparing shipments for distribution as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the fulfillment of orders, following standard protocols.
- Conduct basic quality control checks to ensure products and orders meet company standards.
- Report any quality issues or process inefficiencies to the operations manager.
- Other duties as needed or required.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in an operations, warehouse, or manufacturing support role is required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
- Experience working in ERP software is required; SAP is preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar software.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting up to 50 lbs, moving, or standing for extended periods.
