Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Production Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations. This position involves repackaging dietary supplement products, operating basic production equipment, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Please understand that 80% of the role will consist of production work and standing for extended periods of time with the other 20% pertaining more to general warehouse shipping and operational tasks.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate basic production equipment used to repackage dietary supplements
• Set up, break down, and wipe down production equipment
• Repackage dietary supplements according to established procedures
• Pick, pack, verify and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare products for shipment and ensure proper labeling
• Process orders, print labels, and label and band the bottles.
• Take out trash, boxes, and other warehouse debris
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production areas
• Assist with receiving, staging, and moving materials
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, kneel, and move throughout the warehouse
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks

Salary Description

$19-$22/hour (pending experience)
