Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate all Wringing equipment, shell trucks, hatchery trucks, hydraulics, forklift, high pressure washer, foamer, centrifuge and Egg Shell Dryer equipment, as needed.
• Loads out dried shell.
• Responsible for separating liquid from shell.
• Keeps track of the times trucks come in.
• Keeps the following clean: Wringing Room, hopper, insides of the trucks, floor drains, bucket elevator, separator, and augers.
• Follows Master Sanitation schedule for the Wringing Room.
• Assures that established policy, procedures and work rules are followed.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of Wringing Room operations.
• Follows the procedures for opposite shift Wringer as required.
• Strictly follows all safety procedures and uses all required personal protective equipment.
• Management retains the discretion to modify and change these duties at any time.
