With a foundation in travel, event organization and patient advocacy, Adele combines her understanding of logistics with a passion for patient care. Paul Eure is an Associate Director of Product with extensive experience in clinical trials, healthcare innovation, and patient advocacy. He leads the development of technology solutions that streamline site operations and improve the patient experience, with a focus on increasing access, engagement, and retention in clinical research. Paul is passionate about building products that are not only function but meaningful – drawing from real-world patient and site feedback to guide product design. His background in patient advocacy informs his commitment to human-centered innovation, ensuring technology serves the needs of those at the heart of the clinical trial experience.

Jeanette Poehler, President, Pacific Clinical Innovations

Jeanette Poehler is President of Pacific Clinical Innovations, a clinical research site she co-founded in 2024 to drive innovation in trial design, execution, and technology adoption. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside, and completed advanced research training at the University of California, San Diego. With over 15 years of experience in clinical research, Jeanette holds certifications in Clinical Research Coordination and Project Management, and her expertise spans site operations, practice management, and technology strategy.

She has presented at major conferences including IMCAS and the Global Aesthetic Conference, and under her leadership, Moradi MD was named “Top Research Center” by Aesthetic Everything in 2022. Jeanette also consults with research organizations on optimizing site-facing technologies.
