The number one concern from sites involved in clinical research is the long duration between work completed and accurate payment received. When they are focused on enrolling patients and obtaining that critical clinical data, the last thing they need is financial stress. The site payment process has long been a challenge to the industry and a constant source of inefficiencies.

At Syneos Health, we provide Functional Service Provider (FSP) investigator payments services, which has allowed us to achieve greater efficiencies through the automation of payment processes, industry-leading transparency reporting capabilities, and through integrated data management and site contracting. Unlike specialist vendors, we are able to couple our global payments capabilities with site contracting and data management to create even greater benefits to our customers. We have actively focused on removing the “pain points” related to investigator payments, which is a combination of effort on leveraging the proper technology but more importantly stems from having true global capabilities with experience with all levels of study complexity.

So, what does it take to successfully execute investigator payments, FSP programs and achieve these increased efficiencies? Victoria Moore, Vice President, Investigator Payments, Syneos Health and Shaun Williams, Senior Director, Investigator Payments, Syneos Health, will discuss some of the best practices and crucial elements for executing successful FSP engagements specifically for site payments. Come see what makes Syneos Health a “top choice of sites!”
