Derek Tobin holds a PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne UK, with seven years of post-doctoral research at Karolinska Institute, Sweden, and University of Oslo, Norway.

He has over 22 years of clinical research and product development within in vitro and in vivo diagnostics and oncology therapy with the last six years in research and development of Omega 3 concentrates for specific health claims.

Ari Mackler has a PhD in Reproductive Physiology and Immunology from the Loma Linda University’s School and Medicine, with a postdoctoral fellowship in Development & Molecular Biology from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

He joined the pharmaceutical industry and worked for companies such as Merck before shifting his attention to new opportunities. He pivoted to the world of start-ups and business consulting with PLUS Products, the California-based cannabis company, and then founded The Seder Group.
