From pre-screen to post-trial, patients require clear, personalized and supportive communication to navigate the clinical trial journey. Despite the industry’s recognition of patient centricity and the abundance of digital health solutions, many trial participants still struggle to understand treatment information and access resources tailored to their needs. These gaps can lead to confusion, frustration and distrust throughout the care journey. For digital advancements to truly make an impact in clinical research, effective, personalized and clear patient communication must be prioritized across all touchpoints.
Join a panel of experts in patient advocacy, recruitment and digital innovation as they discuss how life sciences organizations can deliver meaningful experiences for patients across the clinical trial and care journey. The discussion will focus on bridging communication gaps to improve transparency and trust, emphasizing inclusive language, cultural sensitivity and hybrid human-digital touchpoints.
The featured speakers will share strategies for involving patients early and throughout clinical trials to improve the development of study materials — such as informed consent forms and digital apps — for stronger comprehension and engagement. They will highlight the role of real-world user testing in improving enrollment and retention, particularly among underrepresented and underserved populations, and explore how digital and human support can work together to improve access and prevent “vanishing resources” when a study ends or a product is no longer in focus.
This webinar will provide practical strategies for engagement models and educational resources that extend beyond a single site, product or recruitment campaign — fostering more inclusive and sustainable clinical trial experiences.
