Elizabeth Koury, MS, Vice President, Scientific Affairs, LabConnect
Elizabeth Koury leads the Scientific Operations and Technical Affairs teams. Koury brings more than 20 years of experience in conducting and overseeing scientific research in the areas of neuroscience, oncology and immunology. She is responsible for leading a team of scientists, sample management professionals and contract managers strategically supporting clients within the pharmaceutical industry. She also has extensive experience in drug discovery and development of small and large molecules as well as facilitation of technology transfers and assay oversight with external collaborators.
During her time at LabConnect, Koury has been responsible for the scientific oversight and clinical phase project management of numerous pharmaceutical products. In addition, she has grown her team and the client base, positioning LabConnect to have an increasing presence in the pharmaceutical industry. Koury has a BS in biology/allied health from Elizabethtown College and an MS in pharmaceutical chemistry from Lehigh University. Koury lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
