Nick Henson has 35 years food industry experience including branded multinational food companies, multinational food ingredient companies (flavours and extracts) and contract R&D. Nick joined Covance in January of 2003, and in 2009, was promoted to Site Manager for IFN/Covance UK, where he’s been responsible for generating and managing the consulting revenue. In previous positions, Nick has been Programme manager for Slimfast (Unilever), where he was responsible for the implementation of the European range of products.
