Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Management and Kit/Logistics teams with inventory management including but not limited to kit parts, kits, labels, and shipment materials.
• Monitor and restock office supplies.
• Print labels and create label packets.
• Monitor and fulfill supply orders from sites.
• Complete kit and shipper builds.
• Complete QC of kit builds.
• Schedule and track logistics of outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Billing entry for labels, kits, and supply fulfillment.
• Taking meeting minutes.
• Data entry for kitting activities.
• Creation of kit build and order documentation.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Highschool diploma, GED, or higher.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and other computer skills.
• High level of accountability with self and others.
• Hands-on approach with a desire to teach others.
• Track record of challenging the status quo.
• Team and action oriented.
• Problem-solving.
• Priority setting.
