Location: Santa Ana, CA

Job Type: Part-Time (Approximately 24 hours per week)

We are our team and looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our team in Santa Ana. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse, shipping, inventory, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse. This position also supports inventory tracking, documentation, freight coordination, and day-to-day communication between internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inventory:

  • Receive and unload incoming deliveries and shipments.
  • Inspect incoming products for damage and verify quantity and quality against shipping documents.
  • Label and store incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Salesforce, warehouse management systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping:

  • Pick, scan, pack, and prepare customer orders, samples, and outbound shipments accurately.
  • Prepare shipping documents including packing slips, bills of lading, invoices, and shipping reports.
  • Coordinate outbound freight and arrange pickups with customers and freight carriers.
  • Palletize and wrap shipments for safe transportation.
  • Load delivery vehicles and ensure shipments are secured properly.
  • Track due dates and coordinate with internal teams to help ensure on-time customer deliveries.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Organize shelves, storage areas, inventory locations, and supplies.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA/FDA guidelines.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment and follow safe handling practices.
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and order pickers.

Administrative and Operational Support:

  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding shipments and logistics.
  • Support coordination between sales, customer service, warehouse, procurement, logistics, QA/QC, and production teams.
  • Create packing lists, invoices, and other documents in Salesforce.
  • Assist with purchasing, freight coordination, and compliance documentation.
  • Help with trade show registrations, shipment preparation, and event setup logistics.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and operational records.
  • Provide general support across departments and assist with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or prior forklift experience preferred. Training and certification can be provided.
  • Comfortable lifting 50 pounds or more and standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the day.
  • Able to work in both warehouse and office environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory counts, shipping documents, and data entry.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems quickly.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning Salesforce, warehouse management systems, and inventory software.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
