Mr. Alstodt was the Founder and CEO of MedVest Consulting Corporation an investment fund that focuses on healthcare, and previously served at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and spent seven years in M&A at JP Morgan Chase. Mr. Alstodt has a BA in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany, with a secondary concentration in Finance and Marketing.
