Clare Campbell, Executive Director, Project Deliver, has over 20 years of clinical research experience in both the CRO and Pharmaceutical environments. Clare specializes in strategic management and protocol implementation, with a vast range of phase I-III experience in oncology. Clare’s 20 plus years of industry experience, solid tumor and rare oncology expertise, along with her ability to engage with and grow client relationships on an executive level will provide tremendous value to Labcorp’s team.

Monika Schlede, PMP, Project Director, Oncology, Labcorp
Dr. Monika Schlede is a Project Director based in Germany, with over 20 years of clinical research experience, including 16 years of oncology experience and more than 13 years of Project management experience.
Monika’s oncology experience includes robust hematological and solid tumor experience with focus on breast and lung cancer. She served as project lead on two pivotal oncology and hematology trials, respectively, from bid defense until FDA approval.
She has managed Phase II-III multi-center, multi-country full service projects in a global role, through all phases from bid defense to study closure including TMF transfer. Monika has experience working in NA, LA, EMEA and APAC.
She participated in a vast number of corporate initiatives as well as inter-company work streams with an alliance client, and received the Covance Way Award in 2016. Most recently, Monika played a key role in the development of the Project Delivery Hub, where her engagement and contribution has been formally recognized by Sr. Management.
Monika’s key strengths are a hands-on approach to risk management, her thoroughness and attention to detail in planning as well as in follow-through, and her ability to connect with client and internal teams.
Monika holds a doctorate in organic chemistry, is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and university-examined mediator.
