Fostering Patient-Centricity: Clinical Supply Chain Strategies and Sourcing Solutions

Life Sciences, Clinical Trials, Pharma Manufacturing & Supply Chain,
  • Thursday, July 20, 2023

This webinar will discuss the current clinical trial industry trends, the clinical supply strategies that sponsors consider and how these have implications for patients. Current clinical trial industry trends have a strong focus on patients and sites, diversity, equity and inclusion of patients, shortened timelines to start-up and decentralised clinical trials. Focusing on patient-centricity in all or some of these in studies can improve patient experience and patient enrolment for a successful clinical trial.

Sites are managing hundreds of clinical trials at any point in time — so how can the clinical trial supply strategy make it easier for sites to manage IMPs and NIMPs?

The webinar will explore clinical trial supply strategies and their implications for patient-centricity. Through case studies, the featured speakers will go through the various clinical trial supply options for sponsors to address their needs and priorities. The webinar will compare various clinical trial sourcing solutions, their advantages and disadvantages for sponsors, patients and sites, where applicable. Additionally, they will explore how comparator drug supply vendors manage complex trial designs and access to specialty drugs for the clinical trial.

A pharmacy network solution, like Myonex’s CTRx service, provides sponsors with a local sourcing strategy — putting patients and sites first, in addition to reducing cost and minimising waste. Attendees will learn how the CTRx service can meet clinical trial comparator sourcing requirements for the clinical trial, including for decentralised and direct-to-patient studies. CTRx can also work with sponsors to offer direct-to-patient solutions for sponsor supplied IMPs in select countries.

Register for this webinar to learn more about innovative and on-demand local sourcing solutions, ways to minimise cost and waste in clinical trials, and how a sourcing strategy focused on patient-centricity puts sites and patients first.
