Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management for promotional and educational material label updates, ensuring compliance and timely execution
- Track and manage asset versions, coordinate creative refreshes, and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Oversee print fulfillment operations, warehouse coordination, and accurate inventory tracking
- Partner with MAC, regulatory, legal, and other cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and meet deadlines
- Drive execution of critical business initiatives alongside the Brand SPO
- Lead planning, logistics, and follow-ups for collaboration weeks, team meetings, and engagement activities
- Support key launch readiness milestones through cross-functional coordination
- Execute device optimization deliverables and lead Sales Marketing Communications distribution
- Facilitate executive-ready presentations, workstream tracking, and communications in support of strategic planning

- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Experience supporting marketing or business initiatives within a commercial organization

- Solid foundation in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and tactical planning
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple functions and levels
- Experience with MAC review processes and partnering with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Compliance
- Disciplined budget management track record
- Self-starter mentality and adaptability to change
- Comfort working with field sales teams and external healthcare professionals

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as project lead for label update implementation, creative refreshes, and tracking of promotional assets
- Maintain and track print material inventory and oversee fulfillment operations
- Collaborate with the Brand SPO and cross-functional partners on strategic and operational priorities
- Plan and execute collaboration weeks and key meetings, handling logistics and stakeholder coordination
- Lead execution of device optimization and distribution of Sales Marketing Communications
- Support field-facing initiatives and ensure marketing assets navigate MAC review to approval
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree and 1 year of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- Associate's degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
