Ashley Rein currently serves as a Technical Marketing Specialist for the Pharmaceutical Excipients division of Lubrizol Life Science Health. She obtained her BSE in Biomedical Engineering, with a minor in Polymer Engineering, from Case Western Reserve University. Rein joined Lubrizol in 2018 and is responsible for marketing and business development efforts pertaining to pharmaceutical products and ingredients.

Elena Draganoiu serves as the Global Technology Manager for Lubrizol Life Science Health. She obtained her PhD in Pharmaceutics – Industrial Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati. Draganoiu gained experience in the industry working in academia and as a resident pharmacist before joining Lubrizol in 2003. Currently she is responsible for leading Lubrizol’s global technical programs pertaining to ingredients for pharmaceutical and oral care applications.
