He has driven Regeneron’s implementation of Sapio Sciences as the core LIMS and workflow orchestrator for its gene-editing and screening workflows, replacing decades of manual, disconnected processes and contributing to a 50% increase in throughput. Adam brings a background in in vivo research and laboratory automation and has coordinated across laboratory, data and IT stakeholders through each phase of rollout.

Shiva Prakash Ganeshan is a Senior Principal Developer at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals with over a decade of experience building LIMS and ELN solutions on commercial off-the-shelf platforms such as Sapio LIMS and ELN platform. His work focuses on streamlining laboratory operations, improving data quality and transforming laboratory data into actionable insights. Since joining Regeneron in 2021, he has helped drive the digitization of research laboratories and the modernization of legacy systems. His contributions include supporting Regeneron’s Target Validation efforts across gene-editing and screening workflows, histology and next-generation sequencing.
