Jim is also responsible for the outlining and execution of the digital services strategy and roadmap for continuous growth. He has more than 15 years of experience at Avantor. Prior to assuming his current role, Jim held various post-merger integration positions including director, integration management office, where he helped manage the integration of acquired businesses (including VWR).
