  • Tuesday, June 09, 2020

When considering clinical outsourcing strategies, many factors play into finding the right fit for a Functional Service Provider (FSPx) model. While the overall theory of FSPx may be similar, different teams have implemented FSPx into their organization in different ways to best match their needs.

Join this educational webinar where speakers will present the latest market research data and discuss real-life examples of FSPx in large pharmaceutical companies. Webinar attendees will learn how several organizations have picked their FSPx models and how these models have evolved over time to respond to market shifts.

The discussion will also cover detailed components of an FSPx model, such how training of personnel can be handled, the role that IT systems play in auditing and performance measurement, as well as how to manage global regulations as they pertain to various employment models.

Finally, the speakers will explain the differences between input- and output-based models and hybrid combinations, the pros and cons of each delivery approach as well as cost benefit analyses that can help drive key decision points in an effort to balance efficiency, quality and scalability in each unique FSPx journey.
