Scale Advanced Therapy Supply Chains Globally Without Building Globally
About this webinar
When it comes to advanced therapies, expanding globally involves more than establishing additional sites or capabilities. Transitioning to multisite clinical trials or preparing for commercialization requires thoughtful planning, regional expertise and a supply chain infrastructure that can support growth without unnecessary operational complexity. This webinar will explore strategies for simplifying global expansion in advanced therapies.
The discussion will examine how life sciences organizations can navigate regional differences, establish a stronger presence in key markets and leverage existing infrastructure to support both clinical and commercial objectives.
The featured speakers will share insights on the evolving advanced therapy landscape across Asia-Pacific, highlighting emerging opportunities, market-specific considerations and key factors for organizations considering expansion into the region. The featured speakers will also discuss the critical role of specialized advanced therapy medicinal product (ATMP) expertise, local regulatory knowledge and cross-border logistics management in supporting advanced therapy supply chains across Europe. The discussion will also address country-specific regulatory, customs and tax requirements to enable successful clinical and commercial operations.
The featured speakers will also examine the role of Global Supply Chain Centers (GSCCs) in connecting advanced therapy operations across regions. From improving coordination and visibility to reducing operational burden, integrated supply chain networks can provide access to specialized capabilities while reducing the need for significant investments in additional infrastructure.
Attendees will gain insights into regional market dynamics, operational considerations and the role of integrated supply chain infrastructure in supporting international clinical development and commercialization.
