About this webinar

An efficient transition from drug discovery to first-in-human studies requires highly productive clones with the right product quality and scalable processes for rapid process development toward robust GMP manufacturing. Getting cell line development right from the start lays the foundation for the development path ahead.

This webinar explores how a unique expression platform, together with complementary tools and technologies, can make a difference in cell line development, from efficient gene integration and high-performing stable pools to smart automation for quality-driven selection of producer clones.

Applying a transposase that uses epigenetic targeting to integrate genes at the most active genomic sites yields bulk pools with high, stable titers and consistent product quality. These pools enable rapid material supply for development activities and toxicology studies. The impact on clone selection is even greater: with productivity and expression stability secured early, the focus of clone screening can shift towards product quality and process performance.

Assessing product quality across large numbers of clones remains a critical challenge. However, with the right approach, this challenge turns into an opportunity to select even better clones. Our Smart Automation Solution enables earlier screening of large clone panels to assess compatibility with upstream processing (USP) platforms and critical product quality attributes. This combination of smart automation and advanced product characterization supports delivery of high-quality producer clones in a shorter timeframe, facilitating scalable manufacturing and rapid progression towards first-in-human studies.

Register for this webinar to learn how advanced cell line development can help pave the path to scalable manufacturing and successful first-in-human studies.
