Eri Tajima, Country Lead, Japan, Flatiron Health

Eri Tajima is Country Lead at Flatiron Health Japan, where she leads the Japan office and drives business development and partnership strategy with cancer hospitals, biopharma companies and regulatory stakeholders across the region. She works closely with cross-functional teams to expand Flatiron’s real-world data offerings in Japan and strengthen relationships with hospital and pharmaceutical partners on oncology research collaborations. Prior to joining Flatiron, she was at Accenture advising pharmaceutical clients in Japan on real-world data and digital strategy. Eri holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Tokyo and is fluent in both Japanese and English.
